E’s Lesson: The Torah states that we should LIVE by Hashem’s laws. We can only fulfill G-d’s decrees while we are here in this world. The Rambam explains that it is a great Mitzvah to keep our souls’ vehicles running in top shape. We should take the greatest care of our bodies as possible, without getting ‘lost’ in physicality. Remember what we are given everything in this life for and keep our eyes on the ultimate prize.
