Kinetic Energy –

Mishna [2a top]: R’ Rosner explaining Ben Yehoyada: “Beitzah” refers to eggs, symbolizing daily physical new birth and creation. We are required just as equally to produce spiritually, and learn new Torah every day of our lives. Every night when our soul goes back to the Heavens, it is asked “What new insights did you learn today?”
Mishna Berurah quoting the Zohar: This applies double-fold on Shabbos when we are given a Neshama Yesaira (more soul) and we have to answer as to how well we used it and how much Torah knowledge we gave it.

E’s Lesson: We have an amazing amount of Potential Energy that we are given within our souls. Our physical bodies are paired with our Neshamas (souls) only to actualize our potentials. We need to DO Mitzvos and LEARN Torah; to make Kinetic Energy. We should not sit back with our feet up on a couch all day like a potato. We have the power of realizing creation and sparking the electricity needed to complete spiritual circuits.
