[31b bottom] Mishnah: R’ Yehudah: We do not raise a person to a Kehunah (priestly) status on the basis of one witness. R’ Elazar: This is only when there are challengers who contest the person’s fitness for priesthood, but if there are no protests, one witness will suffice.

Prac-T-cal Tidbits: We should only work to elevate those around us instead of looking to bring others down. When we dish out sincere compliments, we are able to truly help raise people’s esteem. When we bring more positivity to others, they will be more likely to help spread the positivity and uplift the world even further.
