[12b bottom] R’ Yochanan: Since the Temple was destroyed, prophecy was taken from the prophets and given to the fools/deranged people and children: The little daughter of R’ Chisda was sitting in her dad’s lap and Rava and Rami bar Chama were standing in front of her. R’ Chisda asked her who she thought she would marry and she said “Both of them!” Whereupon Rava said, “And let me be the last.” (so as not to die or be divorced first). [This actually happened, for she was married first to Rami bar Chama, and after he died, Rava married her.]

Prac-T-cal Tidbits: We should always be careful not to disregard that which others say (especially from those who are deranged/fools and children). It is important to accept people’s words with seriousness and respect. G-d is always using hidden ways to send us specific messages and we should take whatever we can to help perfect ourselves.
