D-E-ep Thoughts: This is the exact idea of Hisbodidus (self-seclusion) [an individualized form of prayer and meditation] taught by Rebbe Nachman of Breslov. We need to take time out of our busy lives to re-focus on why we are here, what is important, and connect with our Creator. We need to live with clarity and proper vision while maintaining a close relationship with the One.
