Prac-T-cal Tidbits: We have responsibilities in life to ‘grow up’ and become adults. The Gemarah helps us define what it means to be matured while earning our own livings. We strive to be able to support our own families, without having to trouble or rely upon others for assistance. When we keep in mind that we are doing the work that G-d requests of us (Hishtadlus), Hashem will help make sure that we have the means to do more of His work.
