[5b middle] R’ Yehudah: A regular shepherd is disqualified from being a witness (for he steals by allowing his animals to graze in fields that do not belong to him) [unlike Avraham Avinu who was extra careful to muzzle his animals so they never had this problem].

Prac-T-cal Tidbits: There are many ‘common’ problems that we encounter on a daily basis. We must always strive to “be like Abe” and stay ‘above the norm’ while acting with spiritual ‘muzzles’ that keep our possessions and ourselves protected at all times.
