[109b top] R’ Aharon quoting a Braisa to Ravina: If one steals from an adult convert, one must first check to see if he has other relatives (i.e. sons) to whom the thief is supposed to return the theft. If the convert is a minor, he does not have to check (as the minor obviously has no sons).
R’ Rosner quoting Achronim: In earlier generations they did in fact have children very young. This could be either that these were miraculous happenstances, OR these were regular ‘natural’ occurrences for holy people and they only seem ‘miraculous’ to us.

D-E-ep Thoughts: Hashem only ‘hides’ Himself in this world (with seemingly natural repetitive patterns) in order to give us free choice to choose not to see Him. Once an individual is able to clearly recognize G-d, the mask of nature is removed for this person (and “miracles” become the norm). May we all search for Hashem throughout everyday and blow away the smoke screen to find Him.
