Whenever possible, we must take action to implement “precautionary measures” to ensure our physical and spiritual safety. We should be striving to gain much more Torah knowledge to safeguard our souls. “Ignorance is bliss” only helps to certain extents, as we are tasked with striving to complete our complete purpose in this lifetime.
