PSYCHIC SCRIPTURES

[10b bottom] Gemarah: In the Torah [Genesis 2:14], it speaks about the rivers that come from Eden. The third one, the Tiggris, flows to the east of Ashur. R’ Yoseph: Asher is a city called Sleika, and even though it was not built yet (at the time of the creation of the world), the Torah still references it (as it does other future occasions, places, and events).

D-E-ep Thoughts: Things and places do not exist and just happen to be mentioned in the Torah. Rather, it is only BECAUSE they are written (whether hinted to or outrightly mentioned) it is so in the world. The Torah is not reflective of reality (past, present or future), but rather causative of it. We never need to get stuck in frustration between a rock and a hard place, because Hashem IS the obstacle in front and behind in the first place! We need only turn to Hashem and His Torah to actualize what we want fulfilled through our prayers.
