Rashi: Q: Why does the Gemarah list each one of the four species’ requirements separately? Instead, why does it not just state general requirements that if not met, invalidate all of them?
A: Each of them have very unique characteristics that would not apply in each other’s case.

E’s Lesson: Just like the four species [which together make up different aspects of an individual (see DAF #30)] are each vastly different, so too every complete person is a unique and special creation. No two people are alike and we should relate to and respect everyone according to his/her particular needs.
