MIS-ORDERED
[30a middle] Gemarah: Sometimes Mishnayos discuss cases of greater significance first (and the later lesser examples might be able to be inferred), but once an order has been established we do not rearrange/reword them.
Tiferes Yisrael [in Aruchin]: We specifically leave the words and order as is because much of Torah was taught and learned as songs to help people remember (and we do not want to mix things up after it was set to specific stanzas and melodies).
D-E-ep Thoughts: Remembering our learning and applying it in our daily lives is the essence of what Torah is all about. It is not just enough to have things written down in books on our shelves. However we make it real (through songs and implementation), that is the key to Jewish living. Whenever we learn something, we must think of how to make it apply practically in our lives and have it change our mind and core.
