[25a middle] Ulla: In the galilee, the Chaverim [trustworthy individuals who are reliable in dealing with Taharah (cleanliness) of food and other items] prepare wine and oil in a state of Taharah to be used as sacrifices for when the Holy Temple will be rebuilt [even though the path to the Temple is blocked by Tamei (impure) lands]. These individuals hope that Eliyahu will come and purify a strip of Tamei (impure) land; thereby making a Tahor path that they can then transport their wine and oil to the rebuilt Temple.

T’s lesson: See how anxiously these people waited for Moshiach and Eliyahu to purify the land! How much do we actually yearn for the coming of Moshiach? We should try to internalize the daily Ani Maamin (13 principles of faith) of truly waiting the arrival Moshiach with anxious anticipation and eagerness very day.
