Prac-T-cal Tidbits: R’ Rosner: We should always be proud of our Hebrew names and try to live up to what they mean and represent. We should make sure to properly call others by their actual names (not nicknames) instead of just using them when they are called up to the Torah. Just as the Jews in Egypt hung onto their roots through three values (one of which included their Shemos (names), so too should we should hang on strongly to them.
