Because, a Jew is ALWAYS happy to be doing a Mitzvah (even when saying he\/she is sorry).<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>E\u2019s Lesson <\/strong>(based on R\u2019 Tatz)<\/span>: Not all Mitzvos are \u201cenjoyable\u201d and some even involve great pain and sorrow. However, when we know we are on the right path working towards a goal, the \u2018service\u2019 is always pleasurable [like agonizing through a tough workout for a physical goal]. That is how even when sitting Shiva (Lo Aleinu) we are able to fulfill \u201cIvdu Es Hashem Besimcha\u201d (serving G-d joyously).
