This was commanded so as not to appear to be rushing away from the Temple after completing <em>Mitzvos<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>E\u2019s Lesson<\/strong><\/span>: We are also not permitted to run upon exiting a Shul. We should not make Mitzvos appear as burdens (from which we run away).
