The owner holds the top of the basket, and the <em>Kohen<\/em> supports it underneath to help the owner offer it to Hashem.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>E\u2019s Lesson<\/strong><\/span> (based on R\u2019 Tatz): The reason we are given \u2018helpers\u2019 in life (ie: the Kohen, a non-dominant hand\u2026) is to teach us the lesson of Ikur (the main purpose) and Taful (the subsidiary). We must remember to make our bodies subservient to our souls. The body is ONLY a vehicle to drive our souls to greatness and its ultimate destination THERE [Shamayim=Heaven; the word literally means all the \u201ctheres;\u201d everyone\u2019s end destination]. Never get mistaken into doing what \u2018the body\u2019 wants. When a subordinate tool is used to try and fulfill a purpose, the job does not get done correctly, it damages the tool, and its purpose does not even get fulfilled correctly.
