Technically, one may do the mitzvah most of the day. However, it is better to do it earlier in the day during shacharit (morning prayers).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>T\u2019s Lesson<\/strong><\/span>: Many of us naturally tend to be procrastinators. We think, \u201cOhh, I will do it later, when I have more time.\u201d Don\u2019t push off till tomorrow, what you can do today. Perhaps tomorrow may not come, and the mitzvah will have been missed out upon. The early bird catches the worm. We get rewarded based on how much toil we put in, and how hard the work we do is. Think of how hard it is for many people just to get up early to daven. Pirkei avot teaches us, \u201cIm lo achshav, eimasai?\u201d (\u201cIf not now, when?\u201d) Carpe diem.
