We, as individuals, are also are portions of G-d. Just as when Hashem \u201cspoke\u201d and thereby brought the world into existence, we too do we have some \u2018power\u2019 of creation as well. We must always be careful to never pretend sickness or harm, as we may be the cause of unwanted results.
