One Yom Kippur eve, he was so engrossed in his learning that he forgot to return home. His wife kept looking out for him and repeating, &#8220;Now he is coming\u2026 Now he is coming!&#8221; When R\u2019 Rechumi did not show up, his wife felt disheartened and a tear shed from her eye.
