This is because the violator is responsible for his\/her own actions.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">R\u2019 Tatz<\/span>: Every time we do a <em>Mitzvah<\/em> we are adding another brick to our beautiful palaces, and an <em>Aveirah<\/em> (violation of a negative commandment) knocks what we have built down and our homes crumbles away. We do not get \u201ccredit\u201d for not violating <em>Aveiros<\/em>, we rather just get to keep what we have created. This is why we cannot assign someone to violate a commandment on our behalf, because the messenger has nothing to \u201cgive over\u201d to the appointer and rather is just destroying his\/her own creations.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>D-E-ep Thoughts<\/strong><\/span>: The spiritual deeds that we perform are an exact analogy to a marriage. When we listen to our spouses and act in ways they want us to behave we are building our relationships. No one in his\/her right mind would ask to be credited for not violating the others\u2019 trust or for not being unfaithful every day! The \u201creward\u201d we get for not doing bad is in reality the good we maintain that we have worked so hard to create.
