This principle has application in regards to burying this sinner: There is one cemetery for burial of death by beheading\/strangulation and one for burial of death from stoning\/burning. Fully wicked people were not buried next to lesser wicked people [just like a wicked person is not buried next to a <em>Tzaddik<\/em> (righteous man)]. This person in our case is considered fully wicked and gets buried in the cemetery of those killed by stoning\/burning (a harsher and more severe death) even though our person is not punished by this execution (but his sins add up to a combined prohibitive total and warrant a harsher burial plot).<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Prac-T-cal Tidbits<\/strong><\/span>: There is no rest from sins even once a person dies. Sinners gets a &#8220;wicked burial&#8221; and we should be careful to avoid all sins so as to only have a &#8220;good&#8221; burial. Death will not cause sins to be forgiven; rather one will stand judgement before Hashem for all the actions and sins during the purification process.
