With human nature, it is very hard for us to \u2018give up\u2019 something that we \u2018own.\u2019 With this specific process, by counting 1 for me, 2 for me, 3 for me\u2026 when we finally get to \u201c10 for Hashem,\u201d it is much easier to give one away after we verbalize how much we have already been given.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>E\u2019s Lesson<\/strong><\/span>: We should make a point to acknowledge and verbalize every once in a while how many blessings we actually have from Hashem. We must focus on all the positive in our lives and not get caught up in how much \u201cbetter\u201d things could\/should be.
